Facilitated by the accomplished NZ Mount Everest Climber, Mark Inglis, this is an experience with real life context and insight. Mark has been to the top!
Mark’s team-building and decision-making program uses mountaineering and the role of critical decision-making as a core theme. It is an interactive simulation involving problem solving as individuals, as members of a group and even between groups. Suitable for any number of participants. Mark has delivered this effectively with a wide range of corporate groups. This program is at its most powerful when preceded by Mark’s Everest Keynote. With smaller groups (12 or less) it can be delivered in an actual mountain location, the true school room.

The staging ground before an ascent to the Mt Everest summit. Our program guides your organisation's ascent to its chosen ‘peak.’ Vision. We ensure a clear and shared vision alignment of your "summit", facilitate high-performance leadership and teamwork, assist you in developing a sound strategy and, significantly, instil a strong belief in a successful "ascent". We explore the team’s role in its goal and how diversity can assist or destroy your expedition. The Base Camp model can also be designed to detail an organisations core values and set a full 90-day implementation plan.

Based on the brilliant 1916 story of Ernest Shackleton and his brave crew, who survived against all odds in the Antarctic. This program is a facilitated expedition to develop leadership skills, capacity and capability in existing and emerging leaders. It is not just a training activity; it's a philosophy aimed at nurturing leaders for the future. Centred on personal development, it empowers leaders to evolve individually, as team members, and as effective contributors to an organization's growth. It is anchored by inspiring and insightful 'metadventure' stories of success.

Based on the modern story of the winner of the 1998 Sydney Hobart Race, where six people tragically died in the worst storm ever. This is an inspiring framework for what it takes to succeed in one of the toughest yacht races in the world. Using real footage from the race and the rescue team, team interviews and research this is a white knuckle ride story. We consider the role of the leader in crisis, the key lessons this and many expedition stories like it have taught us about team success under life or death pressure. The magic is bringing those expedition lessons into the professional organisation environment. Facilitation excellence is required
These stories will inspire and challenge your leaders and teams to overcome adversity, work together, and achieve extraordinary results.
