In today's fast-paced world, professionals are constantly striving to reach their full potential and become the best leaders or business owners they can be. That’s where I come in.
With over twenty-five years of experience as a corporate expedition leader, facilitator, and coach, I specialize in helping individuals and organizations articulate their goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them. I hold my clients accountable and coach them to success, witnessing first-hand the transformative journey that leads them to realise their full potential.
My passion for guiding others to success stems from my early days as a salesman and storyteller. This natural progression led to a fulfilling career in corporate sales, sales management, and consultancy, eventually shaping my current path as a guide and coach.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with many companies, both large and small across the globe, such as Lowes Energy, A.G. Coombs, Draeger, Viva Energy, JCB Machinery and IDEX Lake Imaging, helping to enhance the development journeys of their leaders and teams.
As a strategist and facilitator, I lead group discussions that empower participants to re-think creatively, articulate critical ideas, ask the right questions, uncover variables, and find effective solutions to achieve their specific goals.
The most rewarding part of my work? Supporting business owners and leaders as they achieve their aspirations. Seeing their little wins turn into significant breakthroughs. Seeing LEARNING, way beyond normal training, define future success. There's nothing quite like it.
An adventurer at heart, I have a deep passion for exploring historical expeditionary leadership and contemporary leadership and its relevance to today's business landscape.

It is hard to categorize Mark's achievements into just one category—they are far greater than being the first double amputee to stand on the summit of Mt Everest.
Mark has been, and still is, a noteworthy leader in the global motivational speaker space. You may know him from his achievements as a mountaineer, facilitator and public speaker, but he can also be credited as a Paralympic Medallist, winemaker, and charity ambassador.
Mark's leadership and facilitation skills have left an indelible mark on the business world. As a corporate expedition guide at Strategy Shift, he brings his experience, insights, and expertise to guide participants through leadership and team development programs with passion and adventure, impressing and convincing them of his abilities.

Expedition Support, Learning and Program Development Manager
Combine friendliness, organization, and empathy, and you have Andrea. As Expedition Support & Learning and Program Development Manager at Strategy Shift, Andrea takes on challenging responsibilities such as program and community coordination, learning development, and business administration.
She is a master coordinator, professional educator, and skilful program developer. Her impressive educational background allows her to turn company objectives into exciting and memorable programs.
She is also the Boss' Boss - so if you need something done - ask her.
Bianca Johnston
Implementation Specialist, Facilitator & Program Coordinator
Bianca, our implementation specialist, is a self-described list lover who is deeply committed to ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in her work.
With experience across many industries, she is most passionate about seeing our clients actually implement their plans and succeed in execution.
As an Event Manager turned Marketing and Business Management specialist, Bianca has developed a unique perspective on program planning and implementation.
Her processes and elite communication skills ensure that every expedition, workshop, and communication piece delivers its message and achieves its goals on time and in style.
